Had Tuberculosis. Kidneys Stopped Function. Blood Culture Shows Creatinine 6.8 And Pus Cell With Clumps 15-20. Meaning?
My father is 76 years old and is suffered by old turbeculisis. His kidneys stopped functioning due to the infection. blood culture report shows the reason e colie and creatnine was 6.8 and urea was 300 after 2 dyalisis creatnine is 3.7 and urea is 116 but the pus cell with clumps are 15-20. So what the puss cell with clumps mean here.

and after two dialysis creatinine is 3.7 and urea is 116
that means it is improoved but still not good .
presence of pus cells are the sign of infection , it is bad indicator in this condition.
