Me and my boyfriend have had unprotected sex, stupidly then i missed my period but I feel this really weird grumbling in my stomach and a sensation of something rolling around in my lower abdomen and near my belly button along with a heartbeat . I ve taken several pregnancy tests but they were all negative. I m scared and don t really know what to think...help?
hello, Do a blood test for hcg/USG lower abdomen to exclude pregnancy or rule out underlying pathology. There are several reasons of delayed period like hormonal imbalance,stress/anxiety,ovarian cyst/ PCOD,thyroid problem,wt gain/extreme loss,irregular eating habits etc. Need to investigate properly with Thyroid profile,LH/FSH etc.So consult with your doctor and take suggestive measures. Your features more correspond with Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS). Take following measures: 1) Avoid salty/fatty food/coffee in 2nd half of cycle 2) Avoid stress and control body wt by regular exercise 3) Take Tab Fluoxetine 20mg OD,drink plenty of liquids,sleep properly.
