Had Unprotected Sex. Having Delayed Periods, Cramps, Fatigue, Dizziness, Gaseous. Pregnancy Test Negative. Reason?
Hey. I am 22 days late for my period. I m usually quite regular. It has been coming at the end of every month. I am not on birth control . I have also been having unprotected sex. I have taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I get random cramping throughout the day, fatigue , dizziness , really picky eater and bad gas. If you could please email me back a suggestion or what you might think it is. Thanks. Lauren YYYY@YYYY
Hello,
I'll suggest you redo a pregnancy test by dosage of beta hCG in blood. At times hCG levels in urine can take time to present and so makes urine pregnancy test unreliable. If the test comes negative, i'll suggest you give it some time you are probably having irregular menstruation, that will come back.
The symptoms you are presenting look like those related to pregnancy. A pelvic sonography will be very well indicated in this situation.
Also, you might conducted the test wrongfully. So you can go to a health facility so that you can get tested.
Hope ths helps
