Hello
Thanks for your query.
If your pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant, so please do not worry.
There could be other causes of a missed period such as anxiety, stress, travelling, weight gain, hypothyroidism, polycystic ovaries, medications etc.
If you fail to have your period within a week, consult a gynecologist.
Do not self medicate yourself.
All the best.
