Had Unprotected Sex, Have Bleeding, Negative Pregnancy Test. Worried

got my period July 18, was pretty normal ended after 5days. now its August 1 and i have bleeding . took a pregnancy test and it was negative. but i did have unprotected sex on my ovulation days prior to my July 18 period. should i be worried if i am pregnant or is this just a mid cycle period? TOday Aug 1 is the start of my ovulation days.
