i had an unprotected sex with man on 31st aug 2013
i m 34 married man .. i m involved m2m activities..not regular but yes.. i m pure top.. i had an unprotected sex with man who wanted me in him without condom..i also ejaculated in his anus.. and i agreed like stupid.. worried abt stds and hiv now..plzz help ?
what should i do ?

Most of the STDs like Gonorrhea, Herpes, Chancroid would have manifested already by this time. If not those can be ruled out.
Syphilis, chlamydia have to ruled after the completion of 4-6 weeks.
HIV can be ruled out by certain special test for Antigen like PCR, P24 Antigen or a Combo test after a week. It better to rule out these possibilities as you had an unprotected anal sex.
Hereafter, restrict yourself strictly with safe sex.
