Had Unprotected Sex Without Ejaculating Inside. Took Ipill. Having Delayed Periods, Breast Tenderness, White Discharge. Pregnant?
Hi! Me and my girlfriend had sex a few days back and she was expecting her period about now. We had unprotected sex on 25th and 27th and she took an ipill on 27th. We had unprotected sex before on the 16th and she had an ipill on 17th. I know this is not recommended but we did not have an option. I know from the next time it will be protected but now we are a little scared. During our sex I never ejaculated inside her, that I am sure off. But, she was expecting her period today, she has been having repeated abdominal pains and a few other alarming symptoms. I know due to ipill periods can be delayed, but she is also having tenderness in her breast (which is different from her usual PMS where they tighten up a little) and white discharge , I happen to know that both of them are early signs of pregnancy, should I be worried?? Please help!

Look pregnancy depend on ovulation and you did sex on 16 and she took Emergency contraceptive pill,but repeat sex on 25 and 27th and she took tab on 27th.First thing as you know these Pill are for emergency pill and not regular contraceptive pill,in your case there may be delay due to hormone tablets,but you need to rule out pregnancy,Even you think that you have not ejaculated inside sperms may go inside her. You can take urine pregnancy test if positive,please consult a Gynecologist she/he will help.
In such cases Medical termination may be done,but some time it is possible to that you need surgical intervention.
You should take care as sometime such episodes leads to infertility problem in future.

Taking i-pill following unprotected sex is very much effective (more than 99%) against unwanted pregnancy. In rare case, pre-cum, secreted prior to ejaculation may cause pregnancy in low percentage. Though it depends on failure of i-pill & ovulation time. One thing, i-pill may cause delayed period due to hormonal imbalance.
In addition, she will do a home pregnancy test with urine for beta HCG if she not get period after 7 days from due date. Check the result and consult with your doctor for further investigation like USG abdomen and hormone assay etc & suggestive measures.
The most possibility is Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) . It indicates she gets period shortly. Here, she will follow certain measures like
1) Avoid salty food/ coffee in 2nd half of period,
2) Avoid stress/ anxiety by yoga/deep breathing,
3) Control body wt by regular physical exercise.
4) Take healthy diet and drink lots of water, eat fresh fruits/ vegetables
5) Wear tight breast support & take prime rose cap to get relief from breast discomfort.
6) use some medication like anti spasmodic & antacid tab for abdominal cramp.
7) Maintain personal hygiene, need proper sleep & practice safe sex in future.
