Had Unsafe Sex. Anxiety, Painful Armpit, Groin Pain, Neck Pain, Back Pain. Am I At High Risk Of Contracting STD?

hello Dr . i had sex with an unknown girl i kissed her on lips and rubbed my penis to her vagina two times and penetrated three times into her vagina but didn t see my penis get wet... 4 days after this risk i went to a medical center and got tested for Hiv but the result was negative ... then i was scared and very anxious so i asked the doctor to advice me what to do ? the Doctor put me on ( lamivudin , zidovudin) ,( lopinavir and retonavir) for 28 days., two weeks after finishing the course i felt pain in swollen lymph under the chin (jaw) it went away after 2 days but 5 days after this at night i felt a sudden sharp brief pain in my back lower part on left side that pain wake me up ,it also went away after 2 days , but 3 days after this at night also felt a sudden sharp brief pain in my right armpit it also wake me up the pain in my armpit go and come for 2 days then i felt some a little pain in my groin and neck and some itchy bumps which went away on their own and three times after meals i have felt pain in my abdominal part,,, but after the contact i haven t experienced no chills , no fever , no rashes , no sweats but some times tingling .. am i at a high risk ? your answer will be greatly appreciated thanks ...
