hi I am 21 years old and a virgin . I have struggled for years with smegma, vaginal itching on my lips which results in smegma and leaves little red sores. I also have fissures in my vagina and my perineum . In the past with a lot of effort not scratching would result in scales on my vagina which itched more than the sores. One constant is that scratching makes it bleed. I have been to several gynocologists but they have not run any tests or done anything but look at it. I do have dermatitis . Please any help you could shed would be awesome.
