Hi,
Your symptoms suggest of gastritis or hiatus hernia in which your stomach herniates through your diaphragm causing acid regurgitation and difficulty in breathing. See a physician who might suggest you a chest x ray to rule out hernia and proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole for your gastritis which you will have to take for atleast one month. avoid breathing through your mouth as the air does not get humidified.
Regards.
