if the haemorrhagic cyst is less than 6 -7cms it will resolve on its own as most haemorrhagic cysts do.At the most treatment can be done by taking an anti-inflammatory like Brufen-400; 3 times a day & an antibiotic as prescribed by your doctor.If it is bigger in size please consult a surgeon who can decide line of treatment.
