Hair Thinning, Muscle Aches, Sinus Infections, Elevated Heart Rate, Tiredness After Full Hysterectomy. What Is The Reason?

I had a full hysterectomy in June and haven't been feeling good since that time. My hair is thinning out alot, I have muscle aches, chronic sinus infections, heart rate is slightly elevated and very tired. In addition, my body temperature is up and down, of course I have not flashes, however feel very anxious. They have tested my thyroid and the results are normal. Any recommendations
