Hard Lump On Chest Plate

My son has a linear lump along the right side of his breast plate. It is more soft than hard like bone and does not hurt in any way. It looks almost like he is a bit barrel chested but there isn t one on the left side at all and again, it is soft and not bone like.

It's quite possible the swelling must be a Dermoid cyst/Lipoma. What is your Son's age. Does he have any health problem You will need to show to a Surgeron for proper management of the problem.
