Hard Lymph Nodes In Front Of Ears, Lower Jaw Irritation, Cold, Weight Loss. Treatment?

I have a hard lymph node in front of ear x6months. I also have tmj not severe. Yesterday on the side of hard lymph that area started hurting more. also sour taste and lymphs to lower jaw started to be irritated no fever, cold or sinus issues. I lost weight without trying. not my normal. since august I dropped 10lbs. eating norm even drinking soda .

hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with the possibility of TUBERCULOSIS OF LUNGS.confirm with chest x-ray,FNAC for lymph node,and sputum examination.
