Hard Stool Causing Cut Near Anus, Later Small Painful Bump. Had Taken Zovirax For Cold Sore. Reason?

last week i had a cold sore on my lip, i used zovirax to sort it out. However soon after this I took a poo and it was quite hard, i believe i cut between my anus and the vaginal opening area where it is quite hard tissue because of this poo being quite hard to pass. However now i also have a small bump near the area and i am worried. It is very painful around the cut and small bump

are you sure you had a cold sore on your lip? have you ever consulted a dermatologist before for the lesion on your lip?did you take zovirax as per the prescription of a doctor?i m asking you all this because i dont think that the lesion you are suferring from around the anal region is a cold sore.it can be simple intertrigo.intertrigo also makes you suffer the same way as u suffer from the lesion on your lips. so my suggestion is that you visit your dermatologist there and get your self clarified about the lesion around your lip and the problem you r suffering from at the anal region.
