Hard, Swollen Lymph Nodes In Groin, Pain In Legs, Fatigue. Tests For Cancer Negative. Advice

i have had swollen lymph nodes in my groin for about 3months , i had blood tests at the time, everything was fine, the nodes are really hard now, and i have been getting pains in my legs, and feeling extremly tired, i had tests in march for cancer, thankfully i didnt have it. i hate going to the doctors all the time, as i feel like a pest .

The persistent hard swollen lymph nodes in the groin could be caused by an infection in the area or a blood related disorder. An FNAC of the swelling will help in proper diagnosis.
