Has Chronic Nose Bleeds At Least Twice A Month

my brother has chronic nose bleeds at least twice a month, could this be a cause of something more serious? my brother gets very bad nose bleeds where theres a lot of blood and hes bleeding for quite some time sometimes 5 minutes sometimes a little more. they come out of no where.

hi,first of all u didnt mention ur brothers age.and does he bleedon one side or both sides.depending on the age there are many causes.in children nosepicking is main cause.if he is a teenager he has to undergo a routine diagnostic nasal endoscopy to evaluate the causes like D.N.S or benign tumours like angiofibromas. dont panic,dont neglect.
