hi...thanks for loging in health care magic...history noted.except urea & creatinine all other investigation reports are normal.is he on any medication other than diabetis...,like pain killers or any recent history of loose motions, fever, any decrease in urine output, facial puffiness, swelling in the legs...probably he is non hypertensive....could be diabetic nephropathy....continue diabetic medication ,avoid pain killers,dehydration...consult a nephrologist & endocrinologist with the mentioned reports & CBP,ECG,complete urine examination & ultra sound abdomen reports,.....as early as possible.hope he will be fine soon.

Hello,
I went through the reports of your father. Probably your father is having kidney failure. Kidney failure can occur due to do many causes. If it is due to Diabetics it is called as Diabetic Kidney Disease - and can also be known as Diabetic Nephropathy. It may be due to the damage of the glomerulus (the tiny blood vessels - the filtering Point of the kidney)
It is important to manage your father's diabetes well under control. Keeping the blood sugar in a healthy range will slow down the damage to your father's kidney. HbA1C should be brought down to the level just above 6%.
Your father needs a consultation with a diabetologist and a nephrologist.
Your father needs a complete check up of other systems of the body like CVS – to prevent further complication if any.
A proper treatment + diet (for sugar and kidney failure) will improve the condition and further damage can be prevented.
Best wishes
