Has Fever, Possible TB. What Are The Symptoms Of TB?

hi ,
my father is suffering from fever since last 6 months ..fever is always near about 100 -101 f . fever repeats automatically after 2- 3 days ..doctors detect him with TB. I WANT TO KNOW whether its a symptom of tb r any other disease...please help me out...and i also want to know what are the symptoms of tb.and who to stop this fever,.

Tuberculosis is associated with weight loss, fever, cough (in case of TB of lungs) etc.

Diagnosis of Tuberculosis can be done based on various investigations like sputum examination, Mantoux test, ESR etc.

recurrent fever can also occur in various other conditions like malaria.

Tuberculosis can be treated with anti tubercular drugs like Rifampicin, Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutal etc
