Has Low Protein In Blood. Is Pregnant. Informed Baby Will Be Premature Or Still Born. Solution?

my sister who is into her 28 th weee=k of pregnancy has be told that she has low llevels of protein in her blood . because of which the growth of the baby is small. the blood report shows low protein levels . however the scan report says the baby is normal but small. the doctors say the baby will either be premature or be still born . please let me know what should be done at this stage

Please get back with reports of the ultrasound and exact blood tests so that I can comment better.
Based on the vague description provided, it sounds like the baby is having IUGR.
IUGR or intra uterine growth restriction is a condition where the babys growth is less than 10th percentile of expected.
It could be due to lots of reasons like abnormalities in the baby itself, defective placenta, maternal diseases like hypertension, maternal undernutrition etc.
At this stage, she can improve her diet, protein intake and liquid intake.
Baby has to be monitored carefully with serial ultrasound scans and colour doppler.
I dont see why the baby has to be stillborn, as if the condition is very severe, a preterm delivery can be conducted.
