Has Sweating Anything To Do With ACL Reconstruction?
I'm 16 years old and recently had ACL reconstruction and a Tru-fit plug in my cartilage. It's 2 weeks after my operation and I have began to sweat alot over the past couple of nights to the point where i wake up 3-4 times in one night. Does this have anything to do with my knee or is it a completely different affair?

There is absolutely no connection between the sweating episodes and your ACL reconstruction. It is more of a systemic problem probably something to do with your body sugar levels. I suggest you get your fasting sugars tested and meet a general physician.
