Have Crohns Disease. Taken Laxatives. No Bowel Movement. Help

I have Crohns disease and have large scumbags around and in my colon they could be fissures but not sure anyway they ate stop swollen I cannot go poop...it hurts so bad and have taken numerous laxatives but have come to the conclusion that it's those things making me not a able to what do I do I am scared and seriously in ...I've also been taking my pain meds just to get some rest of any kind...any advise or suggestions would help I have no insurance and don't know what to do...I haven't had a bowel movement in four says please help me!

Hi, it appears that your colon has sluggish movement, i would like to know whether you are following the diet restrictions or not.
Avoid taking gluten containing foods like wheet, barley etc. To be on safe side also avoid milk and milk products. Thank you.
