Hi. Welcome to HCM. The one hour oral glucose challenge test [OGCT] is a screening test for gestational diabetes that measures plasma or serum glucose concentration 1 hour after a 50-g oral glucose load. This is a type of diabetes that some women get during pregnancy. Between 2 and 10 percent of expectant mothers develop this condition. Your result is normal and u no need to worry, if the reference range is 110-140, it does not mean the result should be with in this range only. Most of the times if a women gets higher values may not develop diabetes. So dont worry and i wish u a healthy baby. Regards
