Hi,
Yasmin is an oral contraceptive combination. You cannot expect to ovulate while on this. Your doctor may have given this regimen as per the protocol followed in the treatment of polycystic ovarian disease, to inhibit the development of abnormal follicles. This will usually be followed by induction of ovulation, the first line drug of choice being Clomiphene. Throughout, progress should be monitored by blood tests and sonograms. Breast pain and tenderness is most likely due to the hormones. Please consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck.
