Have PCOD, On Clome, Premarin. Am Pregnant. Did Ultrasound. No Fetal Pole Visualised Yet. Chances Of Having Baby?

I am 7weeks 2 days pregnant according to my LMP but my average gestation age is 4weeks 6days in my first ultrasound. Gestation Sac measuring 8.5mm. No fetal pole visualised yet. I want to know what are my chances of having this baby. I have PCOD and was taking Clome 50, Premarin and dupheston tablets for last 3 months to conceive.

Thanks for posting your query.

The gestational age calculated using your LMP is not always right due to various factors like delayed ovulation. This is more so in case of PCOS.

In this situation we have to go by scan dates only.
As the scan shows a definitive sac and the fact that you are not having bleeding or cramps, you can repeat the scan in 2 weeks time., preferably a trans vaginal ( internal ) scan.

Continue your folic acid until then.

Hope this has helped.
All the best, take care.
