Have Rheumatoid Arthritis In Hands And Degenarative Arthritis In Neck. What Simple Exercising Tools Can Be Used?
My Dad has RA especially in his hands, also he was recently diagnosed with Degenerative Arthritis in his neck. He is 86 and suffers with many health issues. Are there any sites for FREE stuff for those for arthritis such as the squeezy balls to exercise the hands/fingers or any free neck wraps or such? Just curious. Thank You.

Looking to his age and the medical conditions described here I would not advise for any exercise daily routine activity would be enough for him and symptomatic medicine, take care of your father and no need to worry about him bye.
