Have A Knot On The Top Of The Wrist Under The Skin. No Medication Till Now. What To Do?
i have a knot on the top of my wrist under my skin it does bother me a little bit especially when someone comes in contact with it or if i use it too much, but it isnt entirely painful it has been like this for a little over a week now after my husband and i were moving furniture and it is not healing, and i am not sure what it could be.

From what you have said, it looks more likely to be a ganglion cyst which is now painful.
It is basically an outpouching of fluid at your wrist joint.
Please see an orthopedic surgeon and get an ultrasound scan of wrist for confirmation.
It is nothing to get worried about but going to your doctor is necessary.
