Have A Pimple On The Neck Which Has Turned Bright Lime Green And Red, Have Been Applying Neosporin. What Else To Do?

I got a hickey on the center of my neck then worried of my parents seeing it i brushed it with a toothbrush since i read online this helps and covered it with makeup I m pretty sure when brushing it i made little cuts and that the stuff on my toothbrush and my makeup got into them now it s really hot red and has green thing in the shape of the hickey like bright lime green color what should i do? I m putting Neosporin on. It but what else?

Hi pimple on the neck which changed to green color can be furuncle or insect bite reaction.do not worry too much about it.
It can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night.broad spectrum antibiotic twice daily and application of flutibact ointment twice daily can cure the condition.
