Have A Rash, Sensitive To Touch, Sore. What Is It? Are Nerves And Muscles Affected?

Hi.
On the back of my thigh is a mild but bumpy rash that is sensitive to touch and this sensitivity soreness is in the top of my thigh which has now travelled to the upper part. This morning I found when I wiped myself after going to the toilet that was sore too? Not sure but it feels like nerves and muscles that are affected?

dear patient the notion in your mind that nerve is affected or muscle is affected is not correct because i dont think that the lesion has got anything to do with them as the lesion is already sensitive.now it is very important for a doctor to know as to how long you have been suffering from this problem.it is also important to know your age. do you have diabetes history in your family?...all that i can suggest is you visita dermatologist at its earliest and seek the entire treatment.
