Have Abdominal Pain, Bloating, Swelling, Shortness Of Breath, Fatigue, Dark Red Stools And Frequent Urination
im a 45 yr old man suffering from upper left abdominal pain for the last 4 weeks or so. I am feeling bloating and swelling on that side along with sensitivity to touch. i have found an increased shortness of breath, and fatigue. Several times my stools have been dark red in colour (my girlfriend says that's blood), and i am urinating more often. Two weeks ago i went to the emergency room due to the pain and a ct-scan showed a 2 inch "lesion" on my L lung. Six years ago i had two big strokes due to a benign tumour on my heart breaking up and travelling. They did surgery to remove the tumour
Hi, welcome to the forum. With this presentation in my clinic I would first of all rule out a heart problem. With right heart failure, you can have shortness of breath, swelling of abdomen as a result of fluid collection, swollen spleen which can cause pain on upper left abdomen, fatigue because your tissues do not receive enough blood, frequent urination especially when lying down and digestive bleeding which can result from dilated veins in the esophagus or hemorrhoids. In my humble opinion, I think you should see a cardiologist I hope I have answered your query I wish you good health
