Hello,

Abscess tooth has to be either extracted or root canal treated depending on the severity of involvement infection.

Pus has to be completely drained and curretted.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Complete course of antibiotics analgesics has to be administered to relieve the underlying infection.

Please do visit a dentist for further reference.

Take care.
