Have Acid Reflux, Stomach Ache, Nausea. Arm Twitching, Weak, Feeling Abnormal. All Symptoms Connected?
i am not sure if these problems are connected but i have acid reflux, strong nausea stomach ache. however what i am most concerned about is that my left arm feels abnormal. my arm keeps twitching, it feels weak and more difficult to control than my right arm and im terrified i have MS or something even though im only 18 years old.

As per acid reflux. do have PPI with analgesics. Its may be due to severe APD. If not subside go for the routine checkup and have Ultrasound and endoscopy done.
and avoid long gap of meal. have plenty of water, avoid spicy food.

Well your acid reflux may not be related to the twitching of your arms but rather due to gastritis or GERD which might require that you receive some specific treatment for that. You might be required to see a doctor or a gastroenterologist for evaluation to determine the cause so as to provide specific treatment.
Twitching or weakness of your left arm could be due to a nerve problem. I do not think it is MS based only on this. You could just be feeling a little anxious and that could manifest with a twitch. Idiopathic muscle twitching is very common and could signify nothing. Just stay calm and try to do some little arm exercises (stretching for example).
