Have An Ear Infection, Affected Hearing. Using Kenacomb Ear Drops. Has It Affected Ear Drums?
I am using Kenacomb ear drops for a External Ear infection. It has been about a week, and my ear has got better but my hearing hasn t improved. Is this due to the viscous ear drops on my eardrum or something, and how long should I expect to wait until I notice some improvement in my hearing. What is the normal time for the ear to return to normal hearing after using this product?
I have gone through your query regarding ear infection and you are using kenacomb ear drop which had helped you a lot but your hearing is comparatively less as it should be, you are also worried about side effect of the ear drop.
Here I would like to suggest you that it might be possible that you may be having debris of healed lesions in your ear canal and that may give rise to hindrance in sound conduction, secondarily there are possibility of perforation of ear drum due to infection. All above possibility are to be ruled out only by a thorough examination and than only correct line of treatment may be decided.
So I would suggest you to consult any ENT doctor for examination and treatment.
Regards.
