Hi,
You have not specified the frequency of your smoking, but i could tell you the effect weed or cannabis has on the human heart. Within 3 to 15 minutes after cannabis is smoked or swallowed, the main component in cannabis i.e THC ( delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) increases heart rate by upto 50 percent for up to 3 hours. In healthy young users these effects are unlikely to be of any importance because tolerance develops to the effects of THC (i.e with continued use the effects reduce gradually), and young, healthy hearts will only be mildly stressed.
But this might not be the case in a person with a disease of the heart. This could be the reason of your chest pains and palpitations. And since you clearly experience symptoms almost every time you smoke cannabis, it would be advisable to stop.
And being active and cheerful is good but too much exertion will only add to the effect of on your heart.
Kindly consult a cardiologist for adequate management of your symptoms.

It also has adverse effects on the lungs. Regular cannabis smoking impairs the functioning of the airways and causes symptoms such as coughing, sputum and wheezing. Additionally, long term cannabis smoking increases the risks of lung cancer because tobacco and cannabis smoke contain similar cancer producing substances.

Hope this helps,
