Have Been Experiencing Recurring Nausea, Accompanied By Occasional Vomiting, Fullness In Stomach. Not Pregnant. Suggestions?

aloha and thank you. for the last several months, i have been experiencing recurring nausea, accompanied by occasional vomitting, coupled with a heavy feeling of water fullness in my stomach. i do not think I'm overweight and probably not pregnant. what might be the cause of this? i do not smoke cigarettes and have no known health conditions. i do not recall ever having this type of feeling before (with the exception of when I just plain get sick, but then it's just for the time being, not recurring) i am 37, female, mixed heritage, residing in Hawaii. I hope somone can point me in the right direction. Mahalo!

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

The possible causes for your problem are:
-Some infection in the abdomen or pelvis like pelvic inflammatory disease
-Gastritis
-Hormonal fluctuation during menstrual cycle.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for ultrasound abdomen and pelvis once.
By this the possible cause for your problem can be made out and treatment can be given accordingly.
