Have Blood In Stool. Bleeding Red Out Of Rectum. Lot Of Blood. Blood In Mucus. Feel Dizzy, Stomach Pain, Bloating. Underlying Cause?

Ive had blood in my stool for a while I believe and I have been bleeding bright red blood out of my rectum. It has been about a week and it is a lot of blood. Well just tonight I was dry heaving and I had blood in my mucus that I spit up. I'm light headed dizzy have constant headaches and some stomach pain and bloating. What could this possibly be?!

Hi,

If

- the blood is red = hemorrhoids

- the blood is not stopping = ask GI specialist to get proper treatment

Possible hemorrhoids causes:

- constipation = try to drink more water, with oral rehydration salts, eat more fiber (foods or supplements)

- anal sex = avoid it for some time

Possible constipation causes:

- candida infection of bowels = do culturing of feces for candida

- not eating enough fiber

- not drinking enough water

You are feeling lightheaded or dizzy due to heavy bleeding. Get checked by GI specialist as soon as possible.
