Have Blurred Vision And Severe Pain Behind The Eyes. Had A MRI Earlier. What Can This Be?

I have been having severe pain behind my eyes accompanied by blurred vision . Im not sure if im actually lossing my site or if its just the case that my vision is so blurry it seems that way. I keep forgetting simple everyday things that are important. I have had an MIR on my head and apparently there are white spots there but what does this mean, I'm waiting for my specialist appointment

Hi, You have severe pain behind eyes, blurred vision, forgetfull, MRI, showing white spots.
It may be sight that is declining, if there is discomfert in reading and watching TV.etc.
Or it may be the ischemia of frontal part os the brain.
Thank you.
