Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello Mr.Wiggins,
Considering your age and history, I would recommend you see your primary care physician and get a routine blood work up done including hemoglobin, thyroid function tests, an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and an ECG.
Dont loose hope. I am sure that with the right diagnosis and treatment, you will be just fine.
Hope you meet your doctor soon and get back to your routine life.
