Hi, You had deviated nasal septum and operated with good result. It is over.. No relation with impetigo or other skin infections. Your skin infections... Folliculitis or impetigo or infected acne... All are curable diseases. Only we have to think, why there are relapses? You should consult competent dermatologist to have perfect diagnosis and treatment. Investigation should be done to find out cause of relapse. It may be DM, anaemia, nutritinal deficiencies, malignancy, HIV , or other immunodeficiency diseases.. Right? Everything should be done under supervision of dermatologist... Ok
There are may antibiotics , immunobusters which will alleviate your illness.
