Have Breathing Issues And Swollen Nodes. Ultrasound Shows Single Mid Hypochoial. Advice?

I'm a 48 yr old female with no prior thyroid issues.
Last 8 weeks have produced a lump (cold thyroid nodule) breathing issues, discomfort, swollen nodes. Ultra sound showed it measure's 1.6 x1.2x1.0.
Scan shows it to be a single mid hypochoial? Also said L lymphnode is ^ on left neck @" P of " ? Should a Biopsy be next?
