Have Breathlessness, High BP, Acid Refax And Cholesterol

I have a problem when walking, eating, lie down, and go up and down stairs I get out of breath. I have problems coughing up mucus, and cannot get it up. I fell week a lot. I have been to the doctor, I have had a chest X-ray, Breathing test, ENT doctors has checked me, and had a heart test. I have been told that I have Acid Refax, high, cholesterol,
High Blood pressure and a blockage in the arties, but nothing to be really bad. I was put on medication for that, and all of the other medical problems.
I am still having the problem. An Herb doctor gave me some Chloroxygen and I am taking that, and that has helped me some. Now I want to know what your opinion is. I know that you can not give me a diagnoses by not exampling me, but have you heard of these symptoms before. It has not been long enough to tell if I am heal just yet, but I do fell better since taking this chlorOxygen pills.

Your presentation is typical of high uncontrolled B.P., you must take good antihypertensives under medical supervision, and should under go a stress test. If you are obese then try to lose weight especially reduce your tummy which will reduce acid reflux. Avoid fried and spicy food. Take plenty of fruits and salad. eat small frequent meals. Take your dinner atleast 2 hours before bed time. Do not lie down immediately after meals. If your stress test is negative then build up your stamina by daily walking.
