Have Brugada, Fitted For A ICD, Dizziness, Heart Feels Harder. What To Do?

My name is Dan I live in NH. I have brugada and was fitted for a ICD in dec of 2012. How can I tell if I m pacing my heart seams to pound a little harder some days and flutter on others and I seem to be dizzie a most of the time. Before I was diagnosed with brugada I felt fine but since then I don t feel well most of the time. Is there a reason for this.
