Have Butterfly Feeling In Stomach And Anxious. Remedy?
Since yesterday, I have had the feelings of butterflies in my stomach the whole day and I feel anxious. My possible triggers may be that I have a special needs sister who shouts a lot and spits/hyperventilates. It's just been happening since yesterday. I am a teenager. Is this the start of an anxiety disorder? Please tell me how I can get rid of it if it is before it gets worse. It's only been happening since yesterday. Thanks
Hi , you certainly have a lot of ongoing stress in your life.It can make you feel keyed up and anxious. Having anxiety for just a day need not be the start of an anxiety disorder. It is however a warning that you need to get some quality 'me' time.,to unwind and relax.Hope you are getting enough sleep too.Make sure you eat healthy too much caffeine, fast foods and smoking or other drugs are a strict no-no.Breathing exercises and meditation can help.
