Have Cerebellum Tonsils And Heart Problems. Can Palpitations Be Linked To Tonsils?

hello. im 41 yr old female. i found out i have and i also have i have an enlarged heart and i have been having palpitations.. can this be linked or due to the tonsils? i have had tests done for my heart- echo, echo stress , heart monitors . my doc says my heart condition is congenitle. he thought possible ARVD.. should i see a neuro doc?
