Have Chalazion, No Pain Or Dryness. Solution Apart From Surgery?

I have had a chalazion for about 3 months and it seems to have hardened. I would rather avoid having a surgery. The chalazion is inside my top eyelid and it's size is equal to that of a screw head. It cannot move along my eyelid anymore, it seems to be stuck in place and also it has separated into two small bumps. It does not block my vision or cause any pain nor does my eye get dry. I just cannot stand seeing it every day or feeling the bump in my eyelid when I touch it. Any possible solution except from surgery would help. I have tried creams and compresses but nothing seems to work. I cannot pop it either because it seems to be pretty deep in my skin.

Hi, If you dont want surgery, you can leave it, with out any problem to your vision or you.If you want to remove for cosmetic purpose, surgery is the only alternative.
The surgery is not an operation, it is an out patient procedure, and it is an excession. Thank you.
