These are normal findings and baby is healthy as it can be seen from blood picture. His growth and development should be evaluated by doctor and it cant be seen from blood. Noone knows will some disease happen in future. But I If you want to adopt ,i am sure that no reason can change your intentions. WIsh you good health.
