Hi, you have got chondromalacia of patella, and due to the liver disease, you can't take pain killers, so i advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for prescribing the pain killers with out hepato toxicity.
I to my patients with such pain prescribe injections of vitamin B1, 6, and 12. for 10 consecutive days and one injection every week. Thank you.
