Have Circular Brownish Spot On Torus Palatinus. Taking Medication For Herniated Disc. Side Effects Of Medicine?

Hi, I have a small circularbrownish spot in the upper part of my mouth. it seems to be on the Torus Palatinus. No pain, or discomfort. I've never smoked, or drank alcohol. The hygienist noticed it durning routine cleaning. A few weeks ago I was lifting heavy chairs which resulted in a herniated disk and pinched nerve and was put on Acoxia pill and Zantac for approximately 2-1/2 weeks. could certain medication cause a spot to appear in the month.
