Hi Your pain is neuralgia from nerve root compression by herniated disc. Mobizox is a muscle relaxant and pantocid is for gastritis which this drug can cause. Pregabalin is for neuralgia. You have to take physiotherapy also. With physiotherapy and medication you are not getting relief then you have to go for surgical decopression of nerve called microdiscectomy.Hope this may help you. thanks
