Have Cramping In Abdominal Area, Pain On Knees Followed By Spasms. Right Medication?

39 6-0 240lbs have been having cramping in both sides of abdominal area sometimes right sometimes left. Pain comes on and is severe. Last night woke up me and had me on my knees. It usually leaves in 10-15 minutes and will come on on off with spasms during that time. Raising my hands or walking helps to alleviate the pain during the sessions

Hello, I have gone through your query.
In my opinion, above mentioned symptoms suggestive of peptic ulcer disease or differential with pancreatitis. Check up blood for liver function tests and serum lipase.
I recommend you take Esomeprazole 40 mg once a day before breakfast for a month should reduce peptic ulcer disease but need accurate diagnosis and rule out other problems. Hope it helped you. Thanks.
